How long does it take for my CE credits to be reported to the state?
We report CE credit completions every business day. It will usually take one business day for your CE completion to be reported to your state. Of course, all course requirements (such as proctor forms and reporting fees) must be met before we can report your course to the state insurance department.
I think I already have an account, how can I obtain my login information?
You can click our forgot password link on the login page or click here to enter your email or license number and we will send you an email containing your login information. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, check your junk email folder or give us a call to check on the status of your account.
Can I get all of my CE credit through your company?
Depending on your lines of license held and the state in which you are located, chances are very good that you could get all of your CE credits needed with us.
I prefer to take live classes, do you have any coming up in my area?
We are always adding new live classes to the calendar and chances are pretty good we might have an offering available in your area. Feel free to call your sponsor to our CE classes for more information or to request a live CE class be held in your area.
Can I check my CE transcript online?
Most states utilize one of two major service providers for this. Here are the links to each, along with the states they service:
